No need to look any further Carolina Pro Flooring is the best. I'm new to the area and was referred by a friend to Rafael. I have used this company for two different jobs and now they will be starting the third. The first was a new installation of flooring the second was to lightly sand and had a fresh coat of varnish on hard wood floors and now they will be refinishing the entire first floor of my home. They are professional, honest, hard working and very talented I give them two thumbs up.

Rafael was one of the most professional people with whom I have ever done business. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly prior to starting the job. Once the work began, he communicated with me by text every step of the way: what time he was coming, what work would be done, what would happen next. He kept my house as clean as possible while installing the floors. We had an unexpected surprise along the way that added a considerable amount of work. He managed to have a crew come in over the weekend so that we could stay on track with finishing the work. I am very pleased with how this company does business, and with the results. Highly recommend.
