Rafael with Carolina Pro Flooring is absolutely the best. A water leak caused cupping, discoloration and damage to our wood floors. We thought the only option was replacing the damaged area. A friend referred us to Carolina Flooring who arrived on time, didn't rush the appointment, explained all options and followed up the same day with an estimate. The price was more than fair, less than other quotes. They repaired the damaged area - you can't even tell where it was damaged, were professional and kept the job site spotless clean. We had the pleasure to have Rafael with Carolina Pro Flooring, Inc complete some patch in work on our hardwood floors. During a kitchen remodel, we were left with a hole in the middle of the floor. He did an excellent job with the finishing work. Rafael had to take over a job from another vendor who could not complete the work. Rafael was professional, well skilled and explained the process. My floor and sub-floor had water damage in my kitchen and bathroom and Carolina Pro Flooring repaired the damage and installed new LVP shoe molding throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Such an excellent job they did, beyond happy with how it turned out!!!

We recently purchased a home and the downstairs hardwood needed refinishing and we wanted the upstairs' and stairs' carpeting to be replaced with hardwood flooring. He was great at explaining the refinishing and installation process to me. His price and timeline were the best out of several quotes I received. The work came out great and just like we wanted, and he finished ahead of schedule! We are so happy with the results (which you can see-the photo with the darker flooring was before and the lighter flooring is after-same spot-and with the exact color we wanted).
